Heidi Klum will miss her 'brother' Michael Kors when he is replaced on television show Project Runway.
Yesterday it was announced Zac Posen would be stepping in for Michael on the reality fashion show for the start of season 11.
Zac will be the newest judge alongside Heidi and Nina Garcia. Tim Gunn will remain as a mentor for the wannabe designers.
The German supermodel will miss her dear friend on the series.
'I will miss you this season my brother @MichaelKors I love you! (sic)' Heidi tweeted.
'Welcome Zac! '@Zac_Posen: So excited to be the new judge on @ProjectRunway Season 11!! Joining @heidiklum @ninagarcia and @TimGunn (sic)',' she added in a another message.
Michael’s leaving was decided under amicable circumstances and was simply due to his busy schedule.
Luckily for his fans, the outspoken designer will be returning as a guest judge for the season finale.
'This was an amazing opportunity,' Zac said in a statement.
'I hope I'm here to give a new perspective to the designers.'
The 32-year-old will certainly be bringing a younger eye to the show as the successor of 53-year-old Michael.
Also exciting news for fashion TV is documentary Project Runway Spotlight: Marchesa, which gives a behind-the-scenes look at the iconic brand created by Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig.
The half-hour special airs on America’s Lifetime tomorrow and features interviews with Anna Wintour, Eva Longoria and Halle Berry.
