Egyptian Stuffed Grape Leaves

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) jar grape leaves, packed in brine
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 (16 ounce) jar grape leaves, packed in brine
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt pepper
lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl except for Grape Leaves.
2. Wrap 1 Tablespoon of meat mixture in 2 Grape Leaves.
3. Wrap so it resembles a small cigar. Continue until all meat mixture is used.
4.Pack stuffed Grape Leaves into the bottom of a pot. Multiple layers if needed. Cover the layers of stuffed Grape Leaves with any unused leaves spread over the top.
5.Add water to cover over Grape Leaves. Place plate upside down over the leaves to weigh them down. Cover pot with its lid. Boil for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove stuffed Grape Leaves with tongs. Serve with Lemon wedges.
